I love my weekends as much as you do and because of that, reply's to support tickets will be done from Monday through Friday during working hours. If you send a support ticket on Friday after 4PM, it will not be answered until the following Monday during working hours.

Please take the time and put in your ticket as much details as possible. It will save a lot of time by reducing the emailing time, allowing me to solve the problem faster.

I need your name to know with whom I'm going to have a conversation.
I need your email address so I can know where to send my ticket reply.
This is needed so I can identify your problem faster. Be descriptive as much as you can but please keep it short.
You can find the "Avangate Order Number" in your Avangate account or in your email received after purchase. I need this number to verify your purchase. If your code is not valid, I will not send a reply to your support request.
Please give me as much details as possible and use clear, plain English.
You can select and upload multiple files at once. If you use another language on your website, please take the screenshots in english, for front-end and back-end. In screenshots please point the problem with a marker and please give meaningful name to files so they correlate with your description. Accepted files format is JPG and PNG. Please do not upload files bigger than 500KB. If they are bigger than 500 KB please optimize them, quality doesn't matter as long as I can see the problem correctly marked in the image.

If you do not know the FTP address please ask your hosting provider. If your domain name is not propagated please send me your server IP address.
